Tentang Southern Cross University

Universitas Southern Cross dimulai sebagai Lismore Teacher’s College pada tahun 1970. Setelah beberapa pengembangan serta respon terhadap beberapa peraturan pemerintah untuk perluasan institusi pada tahun 1970an dan 1980an, kampus ini berdiri secara resmi di Lismore, New South Wales, sebagai Southern Cross University pada tahun 1994.

Pada tahun 2010, universitas ini membuka kampus baru di Gold Coast, Queensland. Dan pada tahun 2019, membuka kampus baru di Coffs Harbour.
