Belles was born of two passions: natural wine and Nashville Hot Chicken. Morgan Mc Glone, the chef of this restaurant, found his love for cooking in France. “That spice gets into your blood system. You get the fever,” says McGlone.
He spent years developing relationships with producers and importers there before coming to work at Husk (Nashville) as Chef de Cuisine. Working here made him appreciate Nashville’s favorite spicy Chicken.

Belles Hot Chicken in Tramsheds Sydney is one of the more popular Belles restaurants. According to one review, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious, the natural wine was amazing, and the atmosphere was great.
