- On a floured surface, roll out the pastry strip into a rectangle. Then cut the long way into 3 strips.
- Put 1/2 cup of sausage mixture on each strip. Fold over the sides and pinch them together to seal. Then cut it into 6 pieces.
- Put your meat on a rack. Place it in a baking tray that is 15x10x1 inches wide. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is cooked.

Ingredients:
- 2 (9-inch) frozen pie crusts, thawed and ready to bake
- 1 pound sausage meat
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard

- Preheat the oven to medium heat, 220°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
